Welcome to Nobody’s Laughing. These Terms of Service describe the rules that apply when you visit our website, browse our store, purchase products, contact us, or otherwise use our services. By using this website or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

OUR STORE

Nobody’s Laughing operates this store and website. The store is powered by Shopify, which provides ecommerce, checkout, payment, analytics, security, and related services. Products are fulfilled and shipped through Printful, our print-on-demand fulfillment partner.

ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

By using the store, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you have permission from a parent or guardian. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when placing orders or contacting us.

PRODUCTS

We do our best to display products, colors, images, descriptions, prices, sizes, and availability accurately. Product appearance may vary depending on your device, screen settings, production method, garment type, and normal manufacturing differences.

We may update product descriptions, pricing, availability, and offerings at any time.

ORDERS, PAYMENT, AND ACCEPTANCE

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Orders are accepted only when payment is processed and the order is confirmed.

We may refuse, cancel, or limit an order when necessary, including for suspected fraud, inventory issues, pricing errors, product availability issues, shipping restrictions, payment problems, or other operational reasons.

Prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, customs duties, import charges, or other fees unless expressly stated. Applicable charges are shown before checkout is completed when available.

MADE-TO-ORDER FULFILLMENT

Products are made to order through Printful. Because items are produced after purchase, fulfillment time is separate from shipping time. Production and shipping estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.

SHIPPING, RETURNS, AND REFUNDS

Shipping and delivery are governed by our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

Because products are made to order through Printful, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for wrong size, wrong color, ordering the wrong item, buyer’s remorse, or change of mind, unless required by law or approved by us in writing.

Approved returns may need to be sent to a Printful return facility. Do not mail returns to any general business, mailing, or contact address unless we specifically instruct you to do so.

EMAIL AND MARKETING

If you subscribe to our email list, we may send you marketing communications. You can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in our emails or by contacting us.

PRIVACY

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. Because the store is powered by Shopify and fulfilled through Printful, Shopify, Printful, and other service providers may process information as needed to operate the store and fulfill orders.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the website, including product names, copy, images, graphics, logos, designs, brand materials, and related creative work, is owned by Nobody’s Laughing or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
